We've also created a simple recipe to help you turn the coffee into your own Watermelon Hydration Cooler at home. This coffee is bright, juicy and really made for experimenting! The Zam Sport brings hibiscus, electrolytes and a touch of carbonation to the mix, making this a refreshing option for hot summer days, without the caffeine.

Most importantly: $5 from every Watermelon Decaf tin or bundle sold will go directly to support our dear friend Hamza and his family in Palestine. The crew behind Zamalek Montreal - Jules Leuba, Damarice de Richoufftz and Bashar Odeh - are brewing up craft hibiscus drinks based on traditional Egyptian Karkadeh 🌺. They completely skip the stale corporate formulas to build something real around clean ingredients, cultural roots, and active grassroots solidarity.

RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE THE WATERMELON HYDRATION COOLER

THE BLUEPRINT FOR THE ICED POUR-OVER

Use your go-to pour-over device.
Here we used a traditional V60.

THE V60 / ORIGAMI (FLASH BREW)
Dose: 20 g
Ratio: 15 : 1
Grind: Medium-coarse
Water Temp: 93°C
⏱ : 3:30 min

WHAT YOU NEED & METHOD
20 g Watermelon Infused Pink Bourbon Decaf
120 g ice
180 g hot water
Brew your coffee directly over the 120 g of ice.

HOW TO BUILD YOUR DRINK
120 g Zam Sport Hibiscus Electrolytes
50 g iced pour over

POP!
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold Zam Sport first.

POUR!
Gently float the iced coffee on top.

REPEAT!
Down it, then do it again! ✊🏽
