Orders under $65 CAD have a flat rate shipping fee of $12 CAD.

We ship via Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping delays:
- Domestic orders: between 1
-7 business days.
- Ontario: between 3-10 days.
- Other provinces: between 5-15 days.

Currently on pause.
Since the de-minimis were removed in late August 2025, every parcel now needs full customs entry + brokerage,
making shipping slow, pricey, and unpredictable.

We paused to avoid that stress for you.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us. We are here to make it better.

We roast to order! So your coffee is always fresh.

When you place your order we queue it for the next production day! Your order will be dispatched from our roastery between 1 to 3 days after you placed it.

Sending you coffee is one of our greatest joy in this adventure and we put a lot of care and love into each package.

We love corresponding with you via your orders and sending you personal hand written notes.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we add it to our next production day. We typically roast two to three times a week. Therefore your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days after you placed your order. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible!

How fresh is the coffee when you ship it ?

We roast to order. Therefore your coffee will have been roasted the same day as it ships.

Where can I see my tracking for my order?

Once your order leaves our roastery, you'll receive a shipment notification by email. This email will contain a Canada Post tracking number which can be used to track your shipment status on their website here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship with DHL Express & UPS Worldwide for all international orders. We have set up and international shipping with more details here.

Do you do offer ground coffee?

Yes we do! No grinder? No problem! Simply select your preferred grind setting (espresso or filter) on each product. We want to make coffee accessible to everyone. Coffee will be sent as whole beans by default if you do not select a grind size.

Can I freeze my coffee for freshness?

Yes you can! Simply apply a tape over the valve and place it in the freezer. Take it out a day before you are ready to use it so it can fully defrost at room temperature.

Will my coffee still be tasty after a few days in transit?

Yes, of course! Not to worry.
