Each box is designed to help you understand how roasting impacts the cup: from bright, expressive coffees to deeper, more developed profiles. It’s a hands-on way to identify your preferences while experiencing the diversity of our lineup. We offer two distinct paths. The Curious Rabbit Box focuses on light-to-medium roast coffee, highlighting acidity, florals and clarity. The Classic Rabbit Box is built around medium-dark to dark roasts, offering chocolatey, rich, full-bodied profiles for a more traditional cup.

All coffees are precision-roasted at our Montreal Workshop using Stronghold S9X technology, ensuring consistency, clarity, but most importantly respect for the work at origin. This allows us to highlight each coffee’s unique characteristics while maintaining a clean, balanced cup.
