Luis Roldan Yellow Catuai - Brew Chart & Impressions
If you don't want a roast that is too dark, but still like approachable, low acidity coffee, this will be your new day to day coffee.
This medium roast is incredibly versatile: amazing black or with milk, it's equally good as filter and espresso.
The coffee is full bodied and reminds us of malt and molasses. It's quite nutty, and the hazelnut vibe made us think of nutella.
There are hints of fruits as well, including notes of grape jelly and green apple.
A coffee you can truly sip from all day, everyday, and one of the most important coffee on our menu.
