A delicious blend between the Guatemalan dark roast El Volcancito and a delicious lot from Rwanda bought specifically for this blend and our darker Foret Noire offering.

The best thing about coffee blends is that we can keep the same profile all year long.
This dark-medium roast is for those seeking the classic notes of more developed coffees ideal for espresso brewing and milk pairing, but with a hint of acidity.

The El Volcancito provides the heavy body and chocolate tone.
The Rwanda Muzo brings forward depth and red berries.

Transparency: We bought the Rwanda Muzo lot though Semilla, and we paid 14.20CAD/kg for it.

This is a special coffee. Specialty coffee is not always a fan of blends, but to that we ask, why not?

Blend can truly transform each coffee in a harmony of flavours to create something unique.

This blend is easy to work with, and taste like, well, chocolate and berries! ;-)
You can also detect hints of flowers from the Shoondhisa and a little bit of citrus from the Kii.

Despite its name, this blend is also great as a filter coffee!
