Dark roast has a bad reputation in the specialty coffee movement. We are trying to change that. Our dark roast offers a smooth transition for people accustomed to darker coffee.
We use premium raw materials, even for our darkest coffees, and we use the same analytical approach to roasting as with all of our products. This coffee is a perfect match for latte lovers and cappuccino enthusiasts, and it offers a strong but sweet brew.
The coffee we use is from the same region and his managed by the same exporter as our lighter Brazilian offering. The farm is called Sitio Arari.
You can expect notes of orange peel, grilled almonds and dark chocolate.
